Through Ashika Naturopathic Medicine (ANM), Dr. Deskins provides in-state clinical care to California-based patients, specializing in chronic conditions, hormonal imbalances, and digestive health using nutrition, botanical medicine, and evidence-based naturopathic therapies.

Through Ashika Naturopathic Consulting (ANC), Dr. Deskins offers virtual wellness coaching and education to clients outside of California(nationwide). Focused on hormones, GLP-1 support, metabolic health, and lab literacy, ANC is designed for people who want real answers and expert guidance outside of a traditional clinical setting.

As the founder of Avena Aesthetics, Dr. Deskins brings her holistic approach to skin and hair care, offering regenerative treatments including PRP therapy, collagen induction, and advanced skincare solutions rooted in science and a natural approach to beauty.

Dr. Deskins also serves as Supervising Physician at Holistic Hyperbarics, where she supports the clinic's mission of making hyperbaric and natural medicine treatments accessible to underserved communities. She brings additional clinical expertise to BrightBody Weight Loss Center, where she supports sustainable, nutrition-based weight loss including GLP-1 therapies.
